Whole information about your problem should be given to our customer service representative who will come to your location. Our staff will pick up your computer and return it fixed and cleaned. Fee for the pickup depends on the distance and can be arranged with any of our customer representative over the phone. On-Site Service: Call 416-520-6747. Our customer representatives take all your information and transfers to the on-site technicians. The technician will call you back as soon as possible and schedule the appointment in time frame thats good for you. On-site technical support is billed by the type of problem. The price for the specified problem will be told by technician before the meeting time. Warranty: Warranty for any computer does not cover software problems. If within 14 days after the repair has been concluded the problem still persists, our technician will repair it at no charge(rules apply). Standard warranty for the hardware part such as motherboard, optical drive, hard drive, power supply, processor, CPU fan, memory, monitor can vary in range from 30 days up to 1 year depends on the part. Broken hardware part will be replaced on warranty only if it does not have signs of physical damage.
